WHAT MAKES GINGER TOP GOAT MILK SOAP BETTER?
Goat milk soaps are great - but not all goat milk soaps are created eaqually. Here’s how we make our soap and what makes our extra special.
We only use our own 100% raw goat’s milk. No water is added and it hasn’t been stripped of any of it’s natural goodness.
Our goat’s are Mini-Nubians and Nigerian Dwarfs.
They are happy, healthy and hormone free. Both breeds are known to produce milk that has a high butterfat content contributing to an
even richer moisturizing benefit for your skin.
We make our soaps from scratch in small batches.
Since handmade soap has become so popular. there are now many kits and bases available at craft tores and online. Many of these soaps are
just made from “melt and pour” bases. (kind of like boxed cake - it’s nothing compared to real homemade cake!)
Our soap is cold-processed and it has naturally retained glycerin. Commercial “soap” usually has glycerin stripped.
We only use all natural ingredients. Our essential oil. All natural pigments and Mica’s.
No chemicals. No preservatives. Nothing artificial.
Always look at the ingredient list - if you can’t pronounce it, chances are it’s synthetic.
We add a generous amount of raw, unrefined shea butter. Because it makes our soap even more moisturizing.
It’s expensive, so a lot of soaps aren’t made with this wonderful ingredient.
Raw, unrefined shea butter contains vitamins and minerals such as vitamins A and E, as well as essential fatty acids.
It has been used for centuries for its moisturizing, anti-inflammatory and antiaging properties.
We make it happy with twists and turns of color. After all goats are the happiest twisters and turners!
